DELIVERY INFORMATION
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES OVER 800 SEK
We ship all our orders with DHL, regardless of the size of your order.
A shipping fee of 59 SEK is added to all orders with an order value under 499 SEK. All orders over 499 SEK are shipped free of charge.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08:00–18:00. Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on where in Sweden you live.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is charged at 59 SEK per delivery for orders with an order value under 499 SEK.
All purchases over 499 SEK are free of shipping costs.
FAILED DELIVERY AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If our carrier DHL cannot deliver your package, DHL will send you a notification.
You can then pick up the package at the nearest service point or book a new delivery time directly with DHL.
You can track your package via DHL's website. You will find the parcel ID in your delivery confirmation email.

DHL has no obligation to contact the customer by phone to check if anyone is available at the time of delivery. However, this may occur depending on the carrier and if a phone number is provided on the shipping label.
We ask that you contact DHL before you contact Alpha Zoo for help with your package.
If you are not available at the time of the delivery attempt or do not contact DHL within 14 days, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse in Stockholm.
In connection with this, a fee of 149 SEK will be charged for shipping and handling.
We will then cancel your order and refund the cost of the items after deducting return shipping, administrative costs, and warehouse handling.
If the payment made does not cover these costs, we will charge you the difference. The total cost may vary depending on the weight and volume of the shipment.
